Questions about live painting

Each package includes a live illustration of the booked number of guests. The artworks are created on high-quality paper (300g/m²) using Schmincke HORADAM®️ watercolor paints. For a modern and timeless look, the images are designed with a focus on clothing, hairstyle and posture. Each piece is unique and 100% handmade without any use of AI.

No distance is too far for me! Whether to Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, the other end of Germany, or somewhere else entirely. Within a 40 km radius of my postal code area, there are no additional travel costs. Outside this 40-kilometer radius, a travel fee applies. For journeys exceeding two hours, overnight accommodation costs will be charged. I would be happy to create a customized offer for you with more detailed information.

The prices are based on the number of guests you book, regardless of the length of my stay. This way, you can be sure to delight all your loved ones with a work of art. For example, live illustrations for 40 guests cost €1,450. I'd be happy to calculate a personalized quote for you! Travel expenses are calculated separately based on distance. (All prices include 7% VAT, travel expenses not included.)

The earlier the better! Weekends are highly sought after, and special dates in particular are often requested well in advance. However, I am also open to spontaneous bookings! Simply ask via the contact form whether I am still available for your date.

Between 2 and 8 hours, depending on the number of guests booked. This can be discussed and adjusted individually at any time.

On average, I need between 7 and 15 minutes for a project with 1-2 people.

1 - 5 Personen sind absolut kein Problem. Gerne male ich auch größere Gruppen für Euch auf dem Fest. Dabei können aber aufgrund des genutzten Format (A5) schöne Details verloren gehen.

I can paint approximately 70 people live on site. I will take more pictures afterwards in my studio and send them to you about 2 weeks after the festival.

I will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the booked time to set everything up. I will need a sufficiently large and sturdy table and chair. If the event is scheduled outdoors, I will also need a weatherproof indoor alternative. I will start at the booked time. Please inform everyone of my presence to avoid downtime. Your guests don't need to stand motionless for minutes on end and potentially miss out on the party; they simply need to pose for a quick photo. I'll use this as a rough template for the artwork. The finished works will be displayed as your very own wedding gallery, providing plenty of conversation topics and beautiful moments of recognition. Guests can collect their artwork at any time and take it home.

Experience has shown that a champagne reception is often chosen to begin the live painting session. However, this is as individual as your celebration and can vary greatly from person to person. Let's discuss what would suit you best.
